TIME recently released its 2024 list of the world’s greatest places, and the U.S. was well represented with 20 extraordinary destinations. Other notable destinations include The Wayback in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, Under Canvas Lake Powell-Grand Staircase in Big Water, Utah, and Fontainebleau in Las Vegas.
In terms of places to visit in the U.S., Lahaina, Hawaii, Buffalo AKG in Buffalo, New York, CPKC Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, and the International African American Museum in Charleston, South Carolina were all included on the list. Other noteworthy destinations include The Rabbit Hole in North Kansas City, Missouri, Agua Caliente Cultural Plaza in Palm Springs, California, and Montgomery Whitewater in Montgomery, Alabama.
