A slow-speed police chase in Dallas came to an end on Friday morning after officers spotted a reported stolen car. The driver refused to stop, leading officers through side streets until they were able to box in the car on the I-35 service road. A Fate officer crashed into the car to stop it, and the suspect was taken to the hospital amid fears of drug ingestion. The suspect is now in custody at the Rockwall County Detention Center, but their name and charges have not been released. The incident was captured on dash camera video, showing the suspect holding his hands in the air as he collided with another vehicle. The slow-speed chase ended in a crash, highlighting the dangers of fleeing from law enforcement.
