Dallas man Donald Robertson, 29, is facing child sex trafficking charges after bringing two teenage girls from Dallas to New York, where he subjected them to horrific abuse and forced them into prostitution. Robertson allegedly met the 17-year-old and 18-year-old on Instagram and drove them to New York in August, where he had his nickname, “Blue Cheese,” tattooed on their faces. The girls endured physical and sexual abuse, with the 17-year-old being punched, stabbed, and burned by Robertson, while the 18-year-old was punched and choked until she couldn’t breathe.
The victims managed to contact a friend in Texas for help, leading to Robertson’s arrest. Kings County District Attorney Eric Gonzalez condemned Robertson’s actions, stating that the teens were treated as his property and forced into a life of exploitation and violence. Robertson now faces 17 charges, including child sex trafficking, sex trafficking, assault, and weapons charges.
Law enforcement officials are working to ensure Robertson is held accountable for the abuse inflicted upon the young women. The victims’ bravery in seeking help has led to Robertson’s arrest and the hope for justice to be served. The shocking case highlights the importance of protecting young people from exploitation and abuse, and serves as a reminder to remain vigilant against such crimes.
