A cattle hauler overturned on Interstate 30 in Arlington early Tuesday morning, causing a traffic jam and blocking the bridge for hours. Police reported that there were several dozen cattle in the trailer, but it’s unclear how many were killed in the crash. The Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office’s animal unit assisted in moving the surviving animals off the truck. The cause of the accident is still unknown. The crash was cleared after 5 a.m. on Tuesday. The Arlington Police Department confirmed the incident and FOX 4 photojournalist Terry Van Sickle provided additional details from the scene.
