DFW International Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport in North Texas have recently been ranked among the top airports in the United States. According to a survey by J.D. Power, DFW International Airport is ranked fifth among mega airports, while Dallas Love Field Airport is ranked fourth among large airports. The rankings are based on traveler satisfaction and airport prices.
For mega airports, DFW International Airport ranked behind Minneapolis-St. Paul International, Detroit Metropolitan, Phoenix Sky Harbor International, and JFK in New York. Among large airports, Dallas Love Field Airport ranked fourth, with John Wayne Airport in Orange County, California, Tampa International, and Kansas City International taking the top three spots.
Earlier this year, DFW Airport dropped to No. 3 on a list of the world’s busiest airports and was named the worst airport to fly out of in May due to severe storms and disruptions. The rankings are based on a J.D. Power traveler satisfaction survey, as well as airport prices. This information was provided in a press release by J.D. Power. Overall, both DFW International Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport have been recognized for their excellence in customer satisfaction and services.
