Three hospitals in Lebanon have suspended services due to the ongoing Israeli bombardment, resulting in the deaths of dozens of medics in the past week. Marjayoun public hospital was evacuated after an Israeli drone strike killed four paramedics, while Sainte Therese hospital in Beirut saw massive damage from Israeli airstrikes. The head of Marjayoun government hospital reported that ambulances were targeted, leading to casualties among medical staff. The World Health Organization stated that at least 28 medics were killed in Lebanon in a 24-hour span. In the occupied West Bank, a deadly Israeli airstrike killed 18 people in Tulkarm refugee camp, prompting condemnation from the UN for unlawful use of force. Meanwhile, the US and UK militaries targeted Houthi positions in Yemen, striking weapons systems, bases, and other equipment. The strikes are seen as an escalation in the conflict, with the Houthis claiming to have shot down a US military drone earlier in the week.
