Ye’s previous assistant claims sex trafficking, sexual assault in updated lawsuit against rapper – NBC New York

In a recent development, Ye’s former assistant has filed an amended lawsuit against the rapper, accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting her, as well as trafficking others, using job openings to recruit sex partners, and tasking her with delivering him “sex honey.” The lawsuit, initially accusing Ye of sexual harassment, was amended and filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

The lawsuit alleges that Ye attacked Lauren Pisciotta in a hotel room, drugged her at a recording studio, and used various means to recruit potential sex partners. It also claims that Ye offered sex partners and trafficked individuals as gifts to friends and colleagues, and shared videos of sexual encounters.

When the allegations first surfaced, Ye’s representative denied them and accused the plaintiff of blackmail and extortion. The representative stated that Ye planned to file a countersuit against Pisciotta.

The amended lawsuit adds two alleged incidents of sexual battery, including one at a hotel in San Francisco in 2021. Pisciotta claims that Ye attempted to have sex with her despite her objections. Another incident allegedly occurred before Pisciotta’s full-time employment with Ye, where she claims she was drugged and unconscious during a studio session.

The lawsuit further accuses Ye of using his wealth, influence, and power to pursue sexual gratification, exploitation of victims, and trafficking. It also alleges that Ye used employment opportunities as lures for sex partners and engaged in inappropriate behavior in the workplace.

Pisciotta’s lawsuit seeks compensation, punitive damages, attorney’s fees, and other relief approved by the court. Ye’s representative has not responded to detailed questions about the allegations. NBC News has reached out to Pisciotta for further comment on the matter.
