The Fort Worth Fire Department responded to a house fire on West Spurgeon Street in Fort Worth, Texas, on Friday afternoon. Firefighters arrived to heavy flames and successfully rescued a family dog from inside the home. The dog received oxygen for 20 minutes and was returned to its owner in improved condition. The cause of the fire is still unknown and under investigation. Fortunately, no humans were injured in the incident. The Fort Worth Fire Department is credited with their quick response and successful rescue of the family pet.
