Four suspects, including a man and his nephew, have been arrested in connection to a string of jewelry store robberies in northwest Harris County, according to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez. The suspects, identified as Dexter Mitchell, Reginald Mitchell, Christian Venson, and Shonton Howard, were involved in several smash-and-grab robberies at jewelry stores located within supermarkets. The robberies took place at various locations between November and December 2024, resulting in the theft of thousands of dollars worth of jewelry and extensive property damage.
