EU says Russian attacks in Ukraine show Putin’s lack of interest in peace


European Union foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas has accused Russian leader Vladimir Putin of having “no interest in peace” after overnight strikes by Moscow’s troops killed at least 14 people in Ukraine.
